In power yoga you especially work your stamina and endurance when you hold poses for extended periods of time. You can choose whether you want to teach a class or prefer providing private instruction. Yoga can become a lifestyle because there is no torture.
No matter how busy you are, keep some time free during the day and reserve this time for your practice of yoga and meditation. A lot of the benefit's you will get from yoga are mental.
